Expo 2025

The Pembroke Community Expo presented by Integrated Health Centre returns to the Pembroke Memorial Centre this spring!

Mark your calendars for May 9 from 4-8 p.m. and May 10 from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. to discover or rediscover all our community has to offer! Meet and connect with vendors, clubs and organizations, service providers, Indigenous businesses and organizations, restaurants, and more from the region. Also enjoy games, prizes, and activities all Expo long. The best part - it's completely free to attend!

Vendor Registration

Local businesses, clubs, organizations, service providers, Indigenous businesses and organizations, and restaurants are invited to register a booth at this year's event. Details on booth sizes, booth needs, and prizing are available on the registration form.

Registration is free for non-profit organizations.

Space is limited – interested participants should register as soon as possible to ensure their space at this year’s event.

The Pembroke Community Expo is hosted by The City of Pembroke, the Pembroke Business Improvement Area, and Kitchissippi Productions and is made possible with the support of Integrated Health Centre, Pikwakanagan Fuels, and École élémentaire et secondaire L'Équinoxe.
