Event Details:
Join us for a day of reflection, learning, and healing at this interactive event focused on navigating grief, finding hope, and building resilience in the face of loss.
This event features two powerful speakers:
-
Julie Keon, who will lead a session on Finding Our Way in a World of Loss, exploring collective grief and how it affects us individually and as a community. Julie will guide attendees through interactive exercises, rituals, and conversations aimed at understanding and naming the losses we share.
-
Yvette Perreault, who will present on Resilience, Recovery, and Resistance. This session will provide insight into how we can transform pain and hardship into opportunities for growth, meaning-making, and positive action.
Through education, personal reflection, and community dialogue, this event will offer practical tools for grounding ourselves in a grief-phobic world, while also exploring the power of resilience and recovery in the face of adversity.
Whether you're seeking healing or looking to support others, this day promises to be a meaningful step in navigating life's toughest challenges.
